Iroh
Iroh is a very powerful firebender and a retired general of the Fire Nation. Iroh acts as a mentor who seeks to help his nephew become a better person than his father. Rather than war and conflict, he prefers the peace and tranquility of the tea house he runs in Ba Sing Se.

In general, Iroh's inherent nature and the course of his life have brought him to a philosophy that embraces peacefulness, harmony, and mutual understanding rather than conflict. He is particularly fond of food, good tea, the strategy game Pai Sho, and pleasant music.
